• Buy directly on our site: Browse our catalogue and place an order request directly on lasa.ke, or message our local Kenya team via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We do not redirect customers to third-party marketplaces.
• Clear stock status: Products on our site are displayed as "Available — we confirm the quantity before you pay". We check physical quantities at our partner fulfilment warehouse before confirming your request.
• Written confirmation before payment: Before you pay anything, our local team member Kimuli confirms your final order total, courier delivery fee, and payment details in writing.
• Local payment method: Kenya orders are paid via M-Pesa once your written confirmation is received.

Delivery & Collection Services

We provide comprehensive logistics across Kenya and clear collection options:

• Nairobi Metro Delivery: Flat rate of KES 500, delivered in 1–2 business days with inspection on delivery supported.
• Rest of Kenya (Upcountry): Flat rate of KES 1,200, delivered in 2–4 business days via reliable couriers or country bus cargo to towns including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and beyond.
• Free Warehouse Collection: Free collection is available from our partner fulfilment warehouse at Gold Rock Building A3, Mombasa Road, Nairobi. Collection is strictly by appointment: please give at least 3 hours' notice and wait for Kimuli to confirm that your items are ready before travelling.
